This disclosure statement has been prepared by Beymetal Alüminyum San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for the Fulfillment of the Disclosure Obligation.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data:

• To enable you and/or the institutions and organizations you represent to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, and for carrying out necessary activities in connection with determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies, marketing activities, business development, and planning.
• To carry out administrative operations related to communication conducted by our Company.
• To ensure the physical security and monitoring of our operational locations, including emergency preparedness, occupational health and safety processes, accident management, entry/exit information, and CCTV surveillance.
• To establish relationships with business partners, customers, or suppliers (authorized persons or employees).
• To fulfill contractual requirements and financial reconciliation related to products and services provided with business partners, suppliers, or other third parties.
• To implement our human resources policies, including employee personal files, payroll, employment contract management, insurance renewals, provision of health services, allocation of company vehicles, phones, and powers of attorney, as well as subcontractor compliance evaluations.
• To operate our call center, website, and other digital platforms.
• To manage participation in Company-organized events.
• To assess the suitability of job applicants for open positions, verify the accuracy of submitted information, communicate regarding recruitment, or refer applicants to affiliated companies for suitable positions.
• To plan, audit, and execute the Company’s information security processes, including email account management and internet log record keeping.

Transfer of Personal Data:

Personal data processed within the scope of the above purposes may, in accordance with KVKK principles and Articles 8 and 9, be transferred to authorized companies and representatives, regulatory and supervisory authorities, business partners, contractors, suppliers, banks, credit and financial institutions, consultants, and other relevant third parties, both domestically and internationally.

Transfer of Personal Data Abroad:

Your personal data may be transferred abroad with explicit consent or, if conditions in Articles 5(2) and 6(3) of KVKK exist, without explicit consent, provided that the recipient country offers adequate protection or written commitments are obtained from foreign controllers and Board approval is received.

Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds:

Personal data is collected via employee declarations, business cards, career websites, ERP and HR software, forms, suppliers, logs, emails, and other channels, in accordance with the legal grounds specified. The data is securely stored in both physical and electronic environments throughout the business relationship.

Rights of Data Subjects under Article 11 of KVKK:

• Learn whether personal data is being processed
• Request information if personal data has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• Know third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion or destruction of personal data in line with Article 7
• Request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties
• Object to automatic processing resulting in adverse effects
• Claim compensation for damages from unlawful processing
